Filling batteries with distilled water is easy enough on say, a car, but doing it on a boat that has ten batteries and a total of 48 caps, all mounted deep within the bilge is a very different matter. It used to take me about two hours to test then fill them with water using a funnel and a jug. I now use a product that does it semi-automatically using pipes and special replacement caps and it takes ten minutes.
