When I bought my boat all the teak floors were in a very bad way indeed, and the maple strips could hardly be seen through the dirt, so I slowly began to restore them to their former glory. This was a long project on a 50’ foot sailboat with three cabins, a large saloon, and two heads, but it did not need many tools and can be done by anyone with sufficient patience to plod through to the magnificent end result.
